Visual artist and researcher, member of the Romanian Union of Visual Artists. His work explores the intersections of photography, digital media, and algorithmic ethics, focusing on the transformation of the image from document to conceptual construct.
He holds an MA in Photo–Video: Computerized Image Processing from the University of Art and Design in Cluj-Napoca (2017).
He has presented
17 solo exhibitions and participated in numerous group exhibitions in Romania and internationally, including Austria, Germany, Hungary, India, Georgia, and Iran. His work has received multiple international distinctions, including FIAP, PSA, GPU and IAAP awards.
Alongside his artistic practice, he develops a theoretical discourse on image and technology. He has published in cultural and art journals, including
“The Ethics of AI-Generated Images” (Cultura Magazine, 2026) and
“The Delegated Imagination” (Helion Magazine, 2026), and is the author of the monograph titled
From Real to Augmented: The Visual Artist in the Post-Photographic Age (2026). Based in Reșița, he teaches art photography, digital image editing, and image analysis at the Caraș-Severin Center for Culture and Art.
